Obituary

Anna Marie "Dolly" Archuleta, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, left this world on January 19, 2026, surrounded by the love and presence of her family. She departed peacefully to join the many cherished relatives who went before her.
Born on April 6, 1932, in Las Vegas, New Mexico, to William and Veneranda "Nene" Ludi, Anna Marie grew up in a family rooted in hard work, faith, and community. She became an essential part of Ludi's Food Market, where her warm smile and kind spirit greeted patrons for more than 40 years. After decades of dedicated service, she retired to care full-time for her father, a testament to her deep devotion to family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Sr. and Veneranda (Nene) Ludi; her husband, Richard Archuleta; her brothers William (Pina) Ludi, Charlie (Margret) Ludi, Tony Sr. (Theresa) Ludi, and Bobby (Delfina) Ludi; and her sisters Pita (Louis) Madrid and Lila (Clyde) Baca.
She is survived by her brother Mario (Angie) Ludi of Albuquerque, NM; her sons Paul (Annette) Ludi, Gary (Christine) Ludi, Richard Archuleta, along with the mother of his children, Christine Archuleta and Step Daughters Judy Gonzales, Rose (Chuck) Padilla. She leaves behind her grandchildren Kimberly Ludi (Leroy), Rebecca (Anthony) Esquibel of Rio Rancho, Ricardo (Adriana) Archuleta, Mario Archuleta (Felicia), Carlos Archuleta, and Mireya Archuleta (Esteban) Amanda Gonzales (Isaiah), Stacy (John) Bernal, Her legacy continues through 22 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Rosary will be recited on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 6:00pm, funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 9:00am both services will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, NM. Interment will follow at San Jose Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers David Madrid, Ricardo Archuleta, Mario Archuleta, Carlos Archuleta, Isaiah Ludi, and Cayden Rodriquez. Honorary pallbearers include Mario Ludi, Carl Baca, Victor Ludi, Bobby Ludi, Lori Campos, Kyrstian Rodriquez, Reanna Rodriquez, Jeramiah Esquibel, Andres Esquibel, Christiano Esquibel, Autumn Archuleta, her many nieces and nephews, and all of her great-great-grandchildren.
Anna Marie "Dolly" Archuleta will be remembered for her unwavering love, her gentle strength, and the joy she brought to all who knew her. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with her loved ones and that her spirit lives on in the generations she nurtured.
