Anthony S Baca, age 63, a resident of Las Vegas NM passed away on Tuesday, August 25,2026 at Christus St Vincent hospital surrounded by his family.

He was born June 9, 1963 to Guadalupe Baca in Las Vegas, NM. Anthony was a welder in the BNSF Railroad and a Sergeant in Army National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Guadalupe Baca, Florencio Baca and Ignacia Baca, in laws: Eugene and Delores Torres, brother Manuel Baca and baby grandson Tayden Nicolas R. Baca.

He is survived by his wife Janeen Baca, sons Michael Pena, Jonathan Torres (Donna), Anthony Baca Jr (Clarissa), Travis Baca, Dion Baca and Keanu Baca. Brothers and sisters: Clyde (Mary), Franklin, Rose (Alex), Anna (Nash), Francine, Virginia, Thomas, Yolanda (Rudy). Grandchildren: Anthony III (Inez), Elena, Jocelyn, Amor, Seema Rose, Tiara, Jonathan, Yousif and Mayva Rae. Many nieces and nephews, numerous other relatives and many friends.

Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, September 8th at 630pm, Funeral Mass, Wednesday September 9th at 10am, both services will be conducted at Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will take place Thursday September, 10 at Santa Fe National Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Nimrod Herrera, Dennis Gabaldon, Roger Montoya, Franklin Gallegos, Travis Baca and Anthony Baca Jr. Honorary pallbearers: All his grandchildren.
