Antonette
Armijo
September 27, 1973 – April 18, 2023
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Antonette C. Armijo, of Las Vegas, on April 18, 2023 at the age of 49.
She will be remembered by her loving Mother: Irene Gonzales (Edward Montoya), Sister: Elaine Gonzales, Children: Christien Lucero, Tenielle Martinez, Daija Armijo (Derek Tafoya), Grandchildren: Heavenly Herrera, Malakai Herrera, and Dior Tafoya, Nephews, Johnny Gonzales, and Josh Madrid, special niece, Natasha Madrid, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
She is proceeded by her loving father: Terrence Armijo, Brother: Joseph Gonzales, and Uncle: Apolinario (Art) Gonzales.
Antonette was a loving mother who loved her children very much, but who lived every day for her grandchildren. She was the life of any party. She loved her sports, representing broncos anywhere and time, regardless if they weren't good. She was good at everything, numerous sports, cooking, she loved baking cakes, and being the superwoman she was she was always ready for a challenge when it came to do a "man's" work. She will be deeply missed, by many, and we are all very saddened about her unfortunate passing.
A viewing from 1pm-4pm on April 25, 2023 is open to the community at Rogers Mortuary and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 6:00pm, followed by a funeral mass on the morning of Wednesday April 26,2023 at 9:00am. Both at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with Father Rob Yaksich as celebrant.
