Arsenio Robert Anaya, also known as "Archie" was born July 15, 1964, and sadly passed away from cancer on October 15, 2024.

He is preceded in death by his father, Horacio Anaya; mother, Maria Guadalupe Pacheco; grandparents, Justo Pacheco, Melinda Vigil and Henry Richard Pacheco.

Archie was a man of many talents and was well known for selling his paños and beautiful artwork around Las Vegas. He was a hardworking man with a generous heart and compassion for other people. He always greeted you with an open heart and a smile.

Archie is survived by his brother, Leroy Pacheco; sister, Mia Pacheco; son, Kevin Padilla; nephews, Joshua and Adam Smith, and Jonathan Trujillo; sister-in-law, Emily Pacheco, and numerous loving family members from New Mexico, Denver, Chicago, Wyoming and Alaska.

Archie loved listening to his Northern NM Spanish music, going for cruises in his car and going to celebrations in Las Vegas and spending time with friends and family. The Pacheco family would like to personally thank Ray Rivera, Sr. who considered Archie like a son who was always there for him through life's ups and downs. He was loved by many and will be missed greatly.

A Rosary will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 6:00 pm at Rogers Mortuary Chapel in Las Vegas, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at 9:00 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Las Vegas, NM. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Las Vegas, NM. A special thank you to his pallbearers Rick Vigil, Johnny Romero, Robert Maestas, Lawrence Encinias, Andrew Cisneros, Martin Martinez and Rick Padilla who will help lay him to rest.
