Arsenio Sanchez, August 6, 1931-April 5, 2023. Our father passed away peacefully at home on April 5, 2023 surrounded by family following an extended illness. Arsenio Sanchez was born on August 6, 1931 in Trujillo, NM to Ramon and Eufelia Sanchez. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, Great grandfather and Great great grandfather, son, brother. He will forever live in our hearts and will always remember him as being the loving and caring person he was.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Grace Marie and his parents, Ramon and Eufelia Sanchez; brothers, Manuel Sanchez and Margarito Sanchez; sister, Florinda Gutierrez. His son-in-laws David Baca and Andres Baca, great grandson Antonio Lopez.

He is survived by his spouse Maria Sanchez; children, Rita Pacheco (Elmo) of Trementina, NM; Cathy Sanchez of Las Vegas, NM; Elaine Baca (John) of Las Vegas, NM; Raymond Sanchez; and Dorothy Gonzales (Eddie) of Sapello, NM. Grandchildren: Henry Pacheco (Tom), Charlie Pacheco(Karen), Patricia Pacheco, Audrianna Pacheco (Nate), Jesse Baca, Germaine Ha (Hieu), Rosemary Sanchez (Sam), Ramona Sanchez (Sam), Jerry Gonzales and Jeremy Gonzales (Selena). Great grandchildren: Bogdon Dahdouh, John Dahdouh, Angelica Pacheco, Aubri Martinez, Isaiah Valdez, Antonio Valdez, Alyssa Ha, Brandon Ha, Cruz Ha, Marcos (Kristen) Baca, Justiss Baca, Christian Baca, Jordan Jaramillo, Isaiah Jaramillo, Kobe Jaramillo, Santiago Lopez, Benito Lujan, Roberto Garza, Mariela Gonzales, Vivianna Gonzales, Luciano Rascon, Marcelino Rascon. Great great grandchildren: Gigi Baca, Arya Lucero and Aspen Valdez. His brother, Ernesto Sanchez and his sisters, Marcella Gonzales and Lucinda Yara.

Rosary on April 10, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Las Vegas, NM, mass following and burial immediately following mass at San Isidro Cemetery, Trujillo, NM. Pallbearers: Charlie Pacheco, Jesse Baca, Jerry Gonzales, Jeremy Gonzales, Bogdan Dahdouh and Santiago Lopez. Honorary Pallbearers: all other grandchildren and great and great great grandchildren.
