Carly Gallegos 48, passed away at UNM Hospital with her loving family by her side on August 15, 2023.

Carly fought a tough battle from injuries sustained from an Electrocution in May of 2020.

She will always be remembered by her beautiful smile, her outgoing personality and her loving kindness towards everyone. Carly loved to go fishing, hunting and enjoyed all sports.

Carly was a 1994 graduate of Robertson High School in which she played Basketball for the Cardinals.

Carly is preceded in death by her daughter: Jordan; father: Luis Gallegos Jr.; step father: Armando Sena; grandparents: Gilbert and Mary Gerhardt and Luis Sr. and Maggie Gallegos; aunt: Patsy Gerhardt Romero.

She is survived by her mother: Marie Gerhardt Sena; God son: Kevin Urban; siblings: Maggie Bramblett (Jerry) of Illinois, Melissa Gutierrez (Pat) of Albuquerque, NM, Beatrice Scott (Tom) of North Carolina, Dolores Parker (Purcell) of North Carolina, Victor Gallegos (Joanna) and Lorenzo Gallegos both of Albuquerque, NM; loving and caring companion: Richard Romero; numerous: aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces and many friends.

A very special thank you to cousin Ernestine Treadwell, sister Melissa Gutierrez, nephew Matthew Montoya and niece Marissa Montoya for going above and beyond in helping to tend to her care while she was hospitalized.

Services will be held on May 22, 2024 at Mountain View Church of Christ at 10 am with burial to follow.

Eulogy will be delivered by Alvin LaCabe.

Urn carriers will be Matthew Montoya, Joshua Urban, Kevin Urban, Theodore Urban and honorary carriers Legenn Montoya and Jorge Lozano.
