Clifford Edward Keiner, 92, a longtime Las Vegas resident, died in Albuquerque on November 16, 2024.
Cliff was born on November 14, 1932, in Fayetteville, Texas to Edmund and Lena Keiner. He attended school in Yoakum, Texas before joining the United States Marine Corps in 1950. He was recognized for his active duty during the Korean War and was honorably discharged with the rank of sergeant in 1953.
Cliff married the love of his life, Martha Ann Price, on October 5, 1956, in Rotan, Texas. Cliff and Martha couldn't wait to start a family of their own. They were blessed with two children, Clifann and Bobby, three grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Cliff cherished his role as a husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Cliff's family meant the world to him, and he loved spending time with them.
Cliff was a journeyman lineman and retired from the Public Service of New Mexico in 1997. He was an avid sportsman who looked forward to hunting season each year.
He is survived by his wife, Martha, who lives in Albuquerque, his children, Clifann McCarley and husband Steve of East Tawakoni, Texas, and Bobby Keiner and wife Jolynn of Las Vegas, his three grandchildren, Nicole Gordon and husband Eric of Allen, Texas, Jennifer Keiner and husband Evan Mulch of Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Kevin Keiner of Albuquerque, his four great grandchildren, Nathan Gordon, Ayden and Gabriella Mulch, and Bear Keiner, and his sister, Darlene Muesse of Scottsville, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Glenn Keiner.
He will be remembered and missed by family and friends.
Cremation has taken place.
