Our dear mother, Consuelo Anna Serrano, went peacefully to the Lord on January 5, 2026. She was born February 3, 1939 and is preceded in death by her parents Antonio and Estella Solano; her one and only beloved son Anthony Chavez; brothers Eloy, Eufracio, Roberto, and Reynaldo Solano; nephews George and Bobby Solano; niece Elaine Corrales; her aunt and uncle Catarina and Jose Martinez; sisters-in-law Mela and Irene Solano; and her son-in-law Eric G. Baca.
She is survived by her daughters Yolanda Yeaman, Mabel Baca (Norbert Baca), Zelda Garcia (Leon Garcia), and Georgia Baca; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren; and her caregiver whom she loved and appreciated for the care and kindness she provided.
Services are scheduled for January 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Cornerstone Church on 7th Street in Las Vegas. Burial will follow at Los Montoya's cemetery.
