Daniel Lopez, 28, a resident of Las Vegas, N.M. passed away in Albuquerque, NM. on Wednesday, April 10,2024.

Daniel was a funny, smart and loving young Christian who loved Jesus Christ. He loved being an uncle to his nieces and nephews and enjoyed watching the Broncos football games, spending time outdoors and with his family. He will forever be in our hearts.

Daniel is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Frank Lopez, his cousins Benito Lemos and Bernie Gallegos. Also, his maternal uncle Joseph Garcia and his brother Angel Luke Montoya.

He is survived by his grandmother Lorraine Lopez, father Daniel Lopez and wife Zarly. His mother Naomi and husband Juan Montoya; Aunts Joyce and Susan Lopez; Uncles, Gene and Frank Lopez; Grandparents, John and Donna Garcia; Aunt/Godmother, Angel and husband Ray Lopez; Brothers, Jesus Lopez (Jessica), Dominic Swan, Donald Garcia (Verdagean), and Jason Montoya; Sisters, Ayana Lopez (Marcos), Alexia Garcia (Matthew), and Ava Jo Montoya; Nieces and nephews, Jesus II, Isabella, Miklo, Roze, Eli, Deven, Arora Owl Rose, and Kaycee Rae; Cousins, Jacobo Gallegos, Johnny Gallegos, Javier Lopez, Natasha Lopez, Tiffany Rodriguez, Dominic Rodriguez, Isaiah Herrera, Jalen Archuleta, Rachael Lopez, Jerry Herrera, and Ariana Garcia. Along with numerous other loving family and friends.

Services will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Heart of David Worship Center in Las Vegas, NM. Interment to follow at the San Isidro Cemetery in Trujillo, NM.
