David T. Rivera, age 59, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 in Santa Fe, NM.

He was born on September 29, 1962 to Isidro and Pauline Rivera in Denver, Colorado.

David is described by his siblings as a passionate Denver Broncos fan who loved to go fishing and hunting with his family.

David is preceded in death by his mother: Pauline "Polly" Rivera.

He is survived by his father:  Isidro Rivera; brother and sister:  Rick Rivera (Shlinda) and Amie Rivera all of Brighton, CO; nieces and nephews:  Rick Rodriguez of Brighton, CO, Davina Rivera of Lakewood, CO, Antonio Rivera of New York, Marilynn Rivera (Richard) and Denzel Ortega both of Brighton, CO; God children:  Marilynn Rivera, Paul Montoya Jr, Bernadette Vigil and Isaiah Trujillo; his one true love: Angela Sailas of Brighton, CO;  numerous: cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at The Healing Place Church located at 3599 E. Bridge Street, Brighton, CO  80601 on Saturday, June 4th, 2022 at 2:00pm.  A reception will take place following the service, and will be held at Pinocchio's Italian Eatery located at 177 E. Bridge Street, also in Brighton.
