Dorothy Fresquez a resident of Las Vegas, NM, went to meet our Lord in heaven on July 08, 2025.  She was born on September 12, 1964 to Juan and Maryann Maloof-Fresquez in Los Angeles, CA.

She was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, sister.  Her greatest joy and love was for her family and spending time with them. She also loved to cook and feed everyone and her cooking was the best. Dorothy had many friends she was the type of friend that you could count on if you needed anything.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her infant son Zito Fresquez, her mother Maryann Maloof-Fresquez, Brother Gene Fresquez.  Paternal grandparents Modesto and Eloisa Fresquez, Maternal grandparents Susie Bustos and John Maloof. Great-nephew Gene Fresquez, infant nephew Gilbert Jesse Garcia and numerous other family members.

Dorothy is survived by her father Juan Fresquez, daughter Jazmine (Joseph) Ramsey, and son Juan Paublo (Eve) Fresquez, grandchildren Jeremiah, Jacob and expected granddaughter Jayde Ramsey.  Sisters Marlene (Gilbert "Cartoon" Garcia) Bernadette Fresquez (Louie Chavez), nephews Anthony (Janelle) Fresquez, Gilbert (Brandie), Xavier (Jasmine) Garcia, James (Andrea) Encinias, CJ Fresquez (Lenah, girlfriend), great nephews Anthony Fresquez Jr., James Encinias Jr. (Bell, girlfriend), Elias, Gilbert Jr., Adonis, Xavier Jr., and Roman Garcia, great nieces Mariah, Ali, Serenity Fresquez and Violet Garcia.

Cremation has taken place, a rosary will be held at Rogers Mortuary on July 30, 2025 at 10:00 am.  Burial will take place at Santo Nino Cemetery in Rociada, NM.
