My beautiful mother Erlinda Lucero a resident of Las Vegas, NM on February 14, 2023 Valentine's day our sweetest love went home to meet her Heavenly father and join her family.

She was born Oct 12, 1939 to Nicanor Lucero and Josefina Saiz in El Chaparito, NM.

Erlinda is preceded in death by her parents Nicanor and Josefina, the love of her life Fred Cordova, Sisters: Agneda Gomez, Evelyn Gomez, Petra Lucero, and Brothers: Silverio Lucero, Antonio Lucero, Niece: Sylvia Trujillo

She is survived by her loving son Joseph Cordova. Grandchildren: Jacob, Joseph, and Michael Cordova.
Great Grandchildren: Julius, Analise, and Joseph Cordova. Sisters: Lucy and Priscilla Lucero. Brother: Nick Lucero. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

She worked as a pharmacy technician assistant at Graham's pharmacy for many years. After retirement she put her servants heart to work volunteering at the elementary schools as a classroom grandma were she continued to spread her love and happiness with the children. She had a smile as big as her heart that would light up any room she would enter, she was full of life. She loved being surrounded by her family and friends. She was lifelong member of the Church of Christ and a faithful servant to the needs of the congregation and God, she would have prayer meetings at her home. She always had kind words for everyone she was around. She loved to sing and dance. She had a heart of gold.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 22 , 2023 at 10:00 am at Church of Christ on Mountain View Drive in Las Vegas, NM.

Interment will follow at Church of Christ Cemetery on Pinon Street with the following serving as Pallbearers, Gabriel Gomez, Sebastian Saiz-Gomez, Santana Saiz-Gomez, Sabeian, Saiz-Gomez Shawn Saiz-Gomez, and Michael Maestas.
