Jeanette Torres Valdez, 57, lifetime resident of Las Vegas, New Mexico passed away on July 28, 2023.

Jeanette was born in Las Vegas, New Mexico on March 5, 1966 to Judy Gonzalez and the late Joe Torres.

She was preceded in death by her father Joe Torres and loving daughter Nicole Montoya.

She is survived by her loving husband Rubin Valdez and granddaughter Layla Montoya that she was raising as her own from the family home; her three sons George Montoya (Katie), Jonas Montoya and Isaac Gonzalez; mother, Judy Gonzalez; sister Valerie Torres; father-in-law, Roy Valdez; special friend Amy Lesperance and numerous grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Rosary service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 and a funeral mass on Wednesday, August 8, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Burial of cremains will be held at a later date.
