It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Joe A. Montoya Sr., our beloved Father, Brother, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Uncle and good friend to those he knows.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Abelino and Modesta Montoya; siblings, Polly Montoya, Albert Montoya, Frances Willcut, Louise Sims, Aurora Trujillo and Linda Smith.

He is survived by his sons, Joseph A. Montoya, Joe A. Montoya Jr., Andrew Montoya; his friend and companion, chihuahua Little One; brother Mickey Montoya; and sister Abelina.

Services will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022, at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, beginning at 9 a.m. Burial to follow at Mount Calvary.
