Johanna Adelina Garcia passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on April 9, 2024.

Johanna Adelina Garcia, born on October 14, 1974, is the daughter of Gloria Garcia and Johnny Mora of Las Vegas. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Cruzita Gonzales and Faustin Gonzales, her son: Brandon Dimas, and cousin: Roberta "Bia" Montoya. She is survived by her children: Jonadam Dimas (Destiny), Justin Dimas (KiAnna), and Estrella Casados (Daniel), her grandchildren: Kaisley, Elayna, Kyrie, Aubree, and Mateo Jonadam, her brothers: Joseph Garcia (Evelyn), and Johnny Mora Jr (Resolana), along with her nieces: Brittany and Kristiana, and her nephews: Joseph and Jason, and her boyfriend: Charles "Chuck" Otero.

Johanna received her GED at Luna Community College in 2001. She worked at Dr. Eileen Madrid's office for 13 years. She also worked at Kid's Counseling for 3 years and later moved to Rio Rancho NM to work at Isleta Pueblo Health Center for the past 4 years. She loved spending time with friends and family, especially her 5 loving grandchildren. Johanna was the life of the party, her smile lit up a room no matter where she went. Johanna made many friends throughout her life. She was always offering a helping hand to anyone she came across; she had a heart of gold and was willing to share it with everyone. For her last remaining years, she was able to travel to many places including Las Vegas NV where she had always wanted to visit. She was very passionate about her football team, the Raiders; and her basketball team, the Golden State Warriors. Johanna will be missed dearly by many family and friends.

Cremation has taken place and  Johanna's services will be held at the Immaculate Conception Parish Church in Las Vegas. The rosary will be on Monday April 22, 2024 at 7:00pm and the mass will be on Tuesday April 23, 2024 at 9:00am followed by the burial at St Anthony's Cemetery in Las Vegas.
