Juan F. Martinez (Johnny) a resident of Maestas Canyon, has gone to rest with our Lord on December 8, 2023. He was born to Albert Martinez and Rosalie Mendez on April 19th 1988 in Denver CO.

Juan grew up in Maestas Canyon. He was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He helped everyone he could. He lived in the moment and enjoyed the fun times with his family and friends. Juan worked construction and most recently was working on the family ranch Milling Lumber and making Christmas wreaths.

He is preceded in death by his paternal-grandparents: Juan Filimon and Martina Martinez maternal grandparents: Mike Mendez and Linda Perez.

Juan is survived by his daughter Lisa Martinez Son Dominic Cicairos of SD father Albert Martinez, mother Rosalie Hoffman of CO, sister Melissa Martinez (George) Abbygayale (Martinez) and husband Alex Ortega very special little sister Savannah Martinez Brothers Emmanuel Martinez, Mike Martinez, Ronald Hoffman Junior all of CO. Nieces: Candace, Lucinda, Angelina, Elena, Nephews: Carlos Junior and Emmanuel Junior and close friend Alejandro Trujillo.

There will be a public viewing held on Tuesday December 19th at 6:00 pm- 8:00 p.m. at Rogers Mortuary in Las Vegas, NM.

Funeral services will be held on Wed Dec 20, 2023 at 10:00 am at Santo Nino Church in Rociada, NM.

Interment will follow at Camposanto De Santo Nino Cemetery with the following serving as Pallbearers Matthew Jaramillo, Kenny Trujillo, Carlos Tafoya J.R., Jordan Apodaca, Greg Martinez, Gregory Martinez, Emmanuel Martinez, Mike Martinez, Ronald Hoffman J.R., and Samuel Zamora

There will be a gathering with the family immediately after at Tequila's Bar and Grill in Las Vegas.
