On June 21st, 2023 Juanito Miguel Baca age 36 was called to be with our Lord. Juanito was a loving father to his son Juanito Jr (BabyTsun - JJ) who was the light of his life.
He was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, & friend. He resided in Chupadero, NM at his family ranch that he loved so much.
Juanito was born on March 24,1987 to his parents JoAn Baca-Aguilar and the late Roger R. Baca. Roger was called to be with our Lord when Juanito was only 7 years old. Juanito cherished the short time he had with his father and never failed to keep his memory alive.
Juanito is preceded in death by his father Roger Baca, Paternal Grandparents: Eligio Baca Sr. & Helen Baca. Aunt Darleen Martinez. Maternal Grandparents: Ray & Dorothy Aguilar.
He is survived by his loving son (BabyTsun) who was his whole world Juanito Baca Jr. along with his siblings who Juanito loved Mariah (Riah) & RJ (R2D2), their mother Felicia Montano and the Montano family.
Juanito's Mother JoAn Baca-Aguilar whom he adored, Brother & Best friend Eli Baca III, Sisters: Renee Aguilar (Jonathan), Dorothy & Brother in-law Curtis Dimas. Nephews: Isaiah, Curtis, & Johnathan. Nieces: Alyssa, Layla, Jasmine, & great niece Aspyn Rae.
Juanito was Baptized by his Godparents Eligio Baca Jr. & the late Mable Baca.
Special Uncle Eligio Baca Jr (Virginia), Uncles: Nepie Baca, Jessie Baca, Pete Martinez, & Aunt Ellie Baca. Uncle Ernie (Yvonne) Aguilar. Aunts: Mary Helen Vigil, Bernice (Joe) Herrera, Rosie (Jaime) Aguilar, & Kathy (Tim) Aguilar & numerous cousins and friends.
Juanito attended West Las Vegas High School and graduated in 2006. Juan's laugh was unforgettable. If you knew Juan, you knew you had a friend. Juan was passionate about music, art, and nature. He collected minerals, rocks, and petrified wood. He saw beauty in nature and shared his passion with his son and his collection with everyone.
Serving as Pallbearers are Juanito Baca Jr., Eli Baca III, Eligio Baca Jr, Isaiah Martinez, Ralph Montano, & Patrick Lucero.
Services: Wednesday, July 5th Viewing & Memorial at Rogers Mortuary from 2:00 -4:00pm followed by Rosary at Our Lady of Sorrows Church at 6pm. Funeral Mass Thursday, July 6th at Our Lady of Sorrows at 9am. Burial at church in La Lagunita at a later date.
Arrangement's are entrusted to and under the care of Rogers Mortuary 600 Reynolds Ave.
