Lawrence "Siego" Garcia, 74, passed away on March 1, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Born on May 7, 1950, in Mountainair, New Mexico, Lawrence spent his life rooted in the Southwest. He built a dedicated career with BNSF Railroad, where he worked for many years before retiring.

He is survived by his children: Lawrence. (Felicia) Garcia, Andrea (John) Wiederholt, Alex (Jahnelle) Garcia, and Amber (Thomas) McConnell. He also leaves behind his brother, Leroy Garcia, and sister, Liza Elizabeth (Matthew) Southard. His legacy lives on through ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lawrence was preceded in death by his mother, Erlinda Trujillo; stepfather, Jimmy Trujillo; brothers, Gerald Garcia and Dennis Garcia; and daughter, Valerie Garcia.

Beyond his work and family, Lawrence had a deep love for music and found joy in playing the organ.

He will be dearly missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
