Lucille J. Alarcon, age 89, a longtime resident of Las Vegas, NM passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Christus St. Vincent Hospital in Santa Fe, NM.

She was born in San Juan, NM to Narciso Flores and Isabel Villas on August 29, 1932.

She was a catholic and member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church.

Lucille loved to dance, sing and go to the casino. She worked at Northeastern Regional Hospital as a Dietitian retiring after 20 years of employment.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Joe "Mingo" Alarcon: parents; brothers: Eliseo Flores, Julian Flores and Alfonso Flores; sister: Carmen Garcia.

Lucille is survived by her sons: Raymond Alarcon (Crystal) and Lalo Alarcon both of Las Vegas, NM; grandchildren: Krystal Alarcon, Ashley Alarcon, Charolette Alarcon, Estevan Alarcon and Layla Alarcon; great grandchildren: Dylan, Kristianna, Esequiel, Ariela, Ethan, Anaya and Lonnie; brothers: Felipe Flores (Betty ) and family of Las Vegas, NM and Fernando Flores (Alice)and family of Bernalillo, NM; sister: Ciria Encinias (Gilbert)and family of Las Vegas, NM; sister-in-law: Mable Flores and family of San Juan, NM; brother-in-law: Leo Garcia and family of Las Vegas, NM; sister-in-law: Stella Ortiz and family of Las Vegas, NM; brothers-in-law: Robert Alarcon (Rita and family) of Las Vegas, NM and Timo Valerio and family of Las Vegas, NM; numerous: other relatives and many friends.

Rosary will be recited on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 7:00pm at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, NM.

Funeral mass will be on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 9:00am at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with Father Rob Yaksich as celebrant.

Services will be live streamed online at oloslasvegas.org.

Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with the following serving as Pallbearers Danny Ortiz, Fernando Flores Jr., Michael Flores, Henry Flores, Dylan Alarcon and Ethan Alarcon. Honorary Pallbearers will be all her remaining grandchildren, great grandchildren and godchildren.
