Maria R. Palmer our beautiful queen born on September 13th, 1956 in Las Vegas New Mexico received her wings and Halo on February 17th 2025. She was the beloved daughter of Edward Crespin and Cruzita  Jaramillo.

Ruth as everyone knew her was a loving hostess with the mostess, she made everybody feel at home, loved and needed. A lot of people couldn't wait for Christmas time to receive her famous biscochitos. She loved going to Bingo and date nights at Buffalo Hall with her husband, the love of her life Jean Palmer.

Maria would love for everyone to remember her as the positive mark she had on your life she had a special bond with each person she met she touched Hearts Beyond measures and this is how we would love for you to remember her.

Maria survived by her mother Cruzita Crespin, her husband Jean Palmer Jr. four beautiful daughters Patricia Palmer, Michelle Wilson Palmer (Jarvis), Sylvia Palmer and Deborah Palmer her sisters Bertha Palmer and Agnes Iverson and  her brother Adam Crespin, sister - in -law Rose Crespin and Jerry Crespin.  She leaves behind 11 grandchildren Maria Palmer, Davian Powels, EJ Palmer, Selena Jaramillo, Eli Palmer, Gregory Lucero, Santiago Lucero, Mariah Lucero, Aries Romero, Jose Trujillo, and Sebastian Trujillo, seven great-grandchildren who have her joyful soul. She is preceded in death by her father Edward Crespin and brothers Edward Crespin Jr and Danny Crespin, also her Grandson Edward Palmer "EJ".

She lived her life for her family. Maria loved gatherings, sharing memories and playing dominos and card games.  She was very adventurous and loved traveling with her husband. She loved being in the kitchen feeding us with her love through her delicious food.

Maria had an infectious smile and a heart of gold.

Celebration of life to honor the life of Maria R Palmer will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows church on February 24th at 9:30am with Father Paul Grala S.O.L.T. as celebrant. We will then travel to her final resting place at 1300 Tecolote Street at her family's Cemetery.( please wear comfortable shoes there is a little bit of a walk).
