Mario Quilles of Las Vegas passed away peacefully on June 19, 2026. Mario was born in the Bronx, N.Y. on July 8, 1940. Mario was a well-known ceramicist in the Santa Fe and New Mexico areas. He is survived by Ellen Koment, his partner of 30 years, and his daughter, Kim H. Quilles.
