Mary Gloria Sena was called home to our lord on Thursday, August 1, 2024. She was born on September 20, 1945, to Cruz and Juanita Roybal in Las Vegas, N.M. who precedes her in death along with her beloved son Mike Mateo Sena, sister, Mary Alice Roybal, and brother, Cruz Roybal Jr.

She is survived by her children, Paulette Roybal, Tranquelino Danny Sena (Francine), Martin Anthony Sena (Christy), grandchildren/ step grandchildren, Samantha Roybal, Christian Roybal, Kandace Baca (Valentino), Aaron Stevens, Jacoby Stevens, Michael Sena (Brandy), Mateo Sena, Mikyla Sena, Kaleb Sena, Megan Garcia, Kodie Smith, Brian Mondragon, Raven Sena (Mikey), Braylene Trambley Sena (Leopoldo), Maddie Sena, great grandchildren/ step great grandchildren, Isaiah, Priscilla, Michael Angelo, Rafael, Leonardo, Hailey, Emily, Lillie Ann, Jiraiya, god daughters, Claudia Montoya, Chaylene Sena and numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends, including "the Bronc and Bull Riders and the Bronc Busters from the North country."

She was a devoted catholic at Immaculate Conception Church and Our Lady of Sorrows Church, attended mass daily and volunteered in meditation of the blessed sacrament. Gloria instilled the meaning and importance of our catholic faith in all her family and friends and ensured they all knew to turn to the lord in confidence and prayer for all their needs. Early on, she was employed at St. Anthony's Hospital in Las Vegas, N.M. as a CNA, later becoming a volunteer at the city schools as a "grandma". She loved to gamble and lend a hand or prayers when and where she could. Gloria will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to have her in their lives.

The Rosary of devotional service will be recited Friday, August 9, 2024, at 7:00 pm. The mass of resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 9:30 am, both services will be held at Our Lady Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, NM. with the following serving as pallbearers, Michael Sena, Mateo Sena, Roy Montoya, Jerome Montoya, Mike Roybal, Fernando Roybal, Joey Sena, and Gene Salazar. Honorary Pallbearers, Claudia Montoya, Cruzito Roybal, and all her grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends. Cremation will take place after services and interment to follow at a later date at Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe cemetery in Sapello, NM.
