Maryann Faith Jaramillo, 19, of Las Vegas New Mexico, passed away on May 10, 2026 in Santa Fe New Mexico. Born on November 9, 2006, in Las Vegas, New Mexico, Maryann brought light and love to all who knew her during her too-brief time on this earth. A graduate of high school with a commendable 3.0 GPA, Maryann was a young woman full of promise and potential. She cherished spending time with her family and friends, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether going for rides with loved ones or playing games with friends, Maryann’s presence was always a source of warmth and happiness. Maryann will be deeply missed by her mother, Annabelle Gonzales; her aunts and uncles Barbra Romero, Erika Romero, Annette Garcia, Irene Trujillo (and husband Carlos), Hazel Mascarenas (and husband Ben), Betty Chavez (and husband Junior), Sadie Kavanaugh (and husband Anthony), Irene Archuleta (and husband Larry), and Fedil Archuleta (and wife Constance); her uncles Henry Romero and David Archuleta; and her cousins Isaac Sanchez, Brianna Sanchez, and Rachel Sanchez. She is preceded in death by her fathers, Anthony Jaramillo & Antonio Gonzales; her grandmother Janet Flores; and her grandfather David “Drak” Romero. And her uncle Eric Sanchez. Maryann’s heart was truly made of gold. Known for her loving and caring nature, she consistently put others before herself. Her boundless love for family and friends left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her. May Maryann’s memory bring comfort to those who mourn her loss and serve as a reminder of the kindness and love she shared so freely.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 9:00am at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, NM, burial of cremains will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery with the following serving as urn bearers Athena Valdez, Brianna Sanchez and Kyra Martinez.
