Preciliana "Percy" Sandoval, 102 passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 in her home in North San Isidro. She was born to Teodoro and Marcelina Aragon on September 10, 1921. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband George Sandoval; her sons Orlando Sandoval, Joe Sandoval, and Eligio Sandoval; her grandsons Anthony Montoya Jr. and Jonathan Sandoval; great-great-granddaughter Jolene Gomez and son-in-law Ronnie Greenberg. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Secundina Gonzales, Rita Armijo, Rosarito Sandoval, Elena Aragon, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, Librador Sandoval, Hipolito Gonzales, Ben Roybal, Camilia Gonzales, and Celestina Trujillo. She is survived by her children Manuel Sandoval (Rafelita), Alex Sandoval, Michael Sandoval (Shirley), Richard Sandoval (Hermila), Gilbert Sandoval (Barbara), Mamie Gomez (Mike), Olympia Greenberg, Lorraine Lucero (Carlos), Vangie Montoya (Tony), 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Seferino Gonzales (Maria), sister-in-law Deluvina Roybal, a special niece, Rebecca Gonzales, and many other nieces, nephews, and friends. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and loved her family dearly.
All services will be held at San Miguel del Vado Parish in San Miguel, NM on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. Beginning with the rosary at 9:00 a.m. and a funeral mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. The burial will follow at the North San Isidro Cemetery in North San Isidro with reception to follow at the North San Isidro Community Center. Pallbearers will be Orlando Ortiz, Patrick Sandoval, Terrell Dorsey, Jesse Perez, Denise Greenberg, and Esperanza Dorsey; honorary pallbearers are the remaining grandchildren.
