Our beloved mother was called by Our Heavenly Father to join Him in Heaven on October 5, 2024 after a long illness. She was called from her earthly home while in the care of her family. Sabrina was 86 years. She was a resident of both Albuquerque and Las Vegas, NM.

A special mention to her oldest and dearest friend Hannah Best of Albuquerque, NM.

Our beloved mother led a prolific life while on this earth, she loved the Lord, and she attended Our Lady of Sorrows and Immaculate Conception in Las Vegas and Queen of Heaven in Albuquerque. She adored children, she had special relationships with many of her nephews and nieces when they were children; she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren unconditionally. As a young adult she was involved in economic justice for the poor; she marched in the Poor People's Campaign in Atlanta, GA. She operated one of the first early childhood education centers in Albuquerque for underserved families She was instrumental in establishing one of the first Social Work programs in NM at New Mexico Highlands University in 1969. She worked in non-profit, substance abuse and public housing in Las Vegas, NM where she helped numerous people. After retirement she provided treatment foster care to two young girls. Later in life she worked alongside her son, Mark, in ceramics and jewelry.

The above is merely a snippet of our beloved mother's life. The biggest take away is her love of God, family, friends, humanity and all God's creatures.
