Tommy Ray Chavarria passed on October 27, 2024, at Alta Vista Hospital. He was born in Artesia, NM on June 30, 1953, to Tomas Chavarria and Olivia Rodriguez.

Tommy is survived by two sons: Thad Davis and his sons Alex and Andrew Griffin and Michael Ortega (Andria Mares) and his children baby Cecilia, Jayden and Joseph Ortega. A special Granddaughter LeRiah Sosa and her son Aspen Halo. Two sisters; Hilda Huerta, and Rosella Castro. Several nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his companion Marla Armijo and her daughters Kristin, and Cassie and their children and Julianna.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Tomas and Olivia Chavarria, a son Kenneth Chavarria and his brother Eli Chavarria. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Cremation has taken place, and a rosary will be recited on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 11:00 am at Rogers Mortuary Chapel in Las Vegas, NM.
