Tranquilino "Trank" Sena, was called home to our Lord on Friday, March 14, 2025. He was born on March 12, 1952 to Claudio and Conferina Sena in Las Vegas, N.M. who precede him in death along with his beloved son Mike Mateo Sena.

He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, Nino and friend. He was self-employed as a USPS contracted mail carrier for 53 years in the Sapello/ Rociada area and was employed in Milan, N.M., in the uranium mines. His heart's desire was competing in the Equestrian Draft Horse Competition all around New Mexico including the New Mexico State Fair, Albuquerque, N.M., Dulce, N.M., Farmington, N.M., and the Denver Stock Show, Denver, Co., where he won multiple trophy's with his beloved draft horses Mike, Ross, Metafour, Tony, and his cousin, Toby Martinez draft horse, (Jumbo) Brujo. He seized every opportunity being outdoors, whether it being out on wagon trail rides with longtime friends, Lowell Clarke and Jeff Nurse, brandings, rodeos, roping's, picnics' and days spent at the livestock sales with his family and friends, whom he kept close to heart. He was also a member of the Sapello Rough Riders Club in Sapello, N.M.

Tranky is survived by his three sons; Danny (Francine), Martin (Christy), Dakota; Partner, Robin Parrott Step daughter; Paulette Roybal; Grandchildren/ step grandchildren; Samantha Roybal, Christian Roybal, Kandace Baca (Valentino), Aaron Stevens, Jacoby Stevens, Michael Sena (Brandy), Mateo Sena, Mikyla Sena, Kaleb Sena, Megan Garcia, Kodie Smith, Brian Mondragon, Raven Sena (Mikey), Braylene Trambley Sena (Leopoldo), Maddie Sena, great grandchildren/ step great grandchildren, Isaiah, Priscilla, Michael Angelo, Rafael, Leonardo, Hailey, Emily, Lillie Ann, Jiraiya; Brothers/Sisters; Manuel Sena (Audra), Lillian Leger (George), Maria Ortiz (Gary), Martha Sena, Robert Sena (Karla), Rosita Gouin (Dennis); Maternal Aunts; Enriqueta Martinez, and Maria Rees; Madrina; Rosenda Atencio; God Daughters; Claudia Montoya, and Chaylene Sena and numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends, including "the Bronc and Bull Riders and the Bronc Busters from the North country."

The Rosary of devotional service will be recited Monday, March 24, 2025, at 7:00 pm. The mass of resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 9:00 am., both services will be held at Our Lady Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, N.M., burial will take place at the family plot in Sapello, N.M. with the following serving as pallbearers: Joey Sena, Shane Sena, Richard Leger, Roy Montoya, Jerome Montoya, Gabriel Ortiz, Brad Sena, and Sidney Sena. Honorary Pallbearers; Joselito Ezpinoza, Jeramiah Gouin, Claudia Montoya, Toby Jr. Martinez, Moises Martinez, Louis Salazar and all his grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
