Carlos Martinez, age 44, a  lifetime resident of Tecolote, NM passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 in Santa Fe, NM.

He was born to Porfirio Martinez and Mabel Garcia on June 23, 1977 in Las Vegas, NM.

A Catholic and attended Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Tecolote, NM. Carlos was a hard worker and a Jack of all trades.

He is preceded in death by his father: Porfirio Martinez, sister: Lorraine Archuleta, brothers: Peter and Alfonso Martinez.

He is survived by his son: Brandon Martinez (Carolina) of El Paso, TX; daughter: Jasmine Martinez, grandson: Xavier Martinez, mother: Mabel Martinez, sister: Merlinda Martinez, niece: Amanda Martinez (Roman) and family all of Tecolote, NM; Josette Martinez (Miguel) and family of Las Vegas, NM; numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and many friends.

Rosary service will be conducted on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 9:00am with the Funeral service to follow after Rosary at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, NM with Father Rob Yaksich as Celebrant.

Interment will follow at the Tecolote Cemetery in Tecolote, NM, with the following serving as Pallbearers, Brandon Martinez, Roman Fresquez, Victor Esquibel, Miguel Guerrero, Tony Martinez and Johnny Martinez.
